Custom 1971 Chevy Monte Carlo

Fun Info:
My Monte has won 1st place for “Best Unfinished Car” at Slamology 2005 (www.Slamology.com) so I was very excited about that, since that is the first trophy my Monte & I have ever won. Makes the hard work I have done so far worth while, since this was a rust bucket when I first got it!

Engine:
Small bore & mild cam to make this stock 350 to a 355 small block, Chrome Dress Up Kit, Aluminum Intake, Performance 4 barrel carb, High stack K&N Air Filter. Built up 350 Turbo Trans with a 300 stall for race.

Suspension:
Has a full Firestone (Air Ride Tec.) air ride system on it, Rapid Response Air Management System, 3” drop spindles and new 20” 240 Panther Juice 5’s.

Exterior:
I did a lot of body work to get out all the rust it had, Shaved all the side markers off, Shaved emblems, Shaved molding. Soon Shaved doors handles and locks, Door popers installed in the doors and truck.

Interior:
Installed my air ride pressure gauges and Air Ride Switch Box.

Audio:
A flat face CD/AM/FM Player with 3 way 6x9’s in the back & 2 way 3” in the dash. (for now)

Future Mods:
This is a huge list that is growing each day… This Is Some of them… But not all of them… Custom Candy paint, Custom Sound System with Sun Visor TV’s & head Rest TV’s, Subs, 2 extra air tanks with 2 extra compressors for more play time between re-pumping up times, re-chrome bumpers, custom upholstery to match paint sceam, more dress up on the motor & it’s compartment, custom door poppers with alarm system, remote air ride control linked with the door poppers & alarm. & much much more!! Too Much To list!
