Linda's Ride

We purchased this Kombi in October 2010 from its second owner who had it for 20 years. (It was only one of his VW toys.) After using it for some light weekend camping, he stripped it to bare shell and frame to start its rebuild several years ago. The objective was a drive and show.  No rust anywhere; never winter driven; power windows and door locks; custom popup roof; rebuilt 914 eng; rebuilt HD later year trannie with Hurst shifter; every nut and bolt polished or chromed;ceramic exhaust; chromed custom trailer hitch for custom trailer; electric rear hatch release; chromed bumpers (new from Germany); chromed headlight eyebrows; propane furnace for heating; Porsche 15" wheels (stock = 14" rims); new suspension including chromed shocks; front mount spare with chrome trim ring and airbrush artwork; blue neon under body lighting; Viper voice-perimeter alarm;  - lots more.

Things we've done - new webber 44's + manifolds; electric windshield washer pump; Kenwood full screen GPS on order; watch for more.

We will be driving this lady from Ontario Canada to Mexico and back each year and are looking forward to the ride!
