1950 Chevrolet

This is Chris Clark’s 1950 Chevrolet that was built several years ago with his long term mentor and friend Gene Winfield. Chris is an old school customizer that got the custom bug at just 9 years old when he helped his grand father rebuild a Model A. He has worked with many of the well known names in the industry including Mike Fennel and Skreechfield.

This car has taken 4 years to build and the main criteria to the success of the build was to only use the tips and techniques from the way they would have built it back in the 50′s. The car has not been lowered and all the original mechanical components have been kept with all the work being performed only on the external parts of the car. The lower appearance of the car was achieved by channeling the body a few inches. The roof has been chopped and fitted with custom sunroofs and both the front and rear end of this car have been extensively modified. When all the changes were complete Gene sprayed the car in that vibrant green paint.
